this week i've been busy!
yuppp. not because i cant HELP it, but i
WANT it.
desperately...to prevent from having too much time on my hands,
..so that i'll think and get paranoid.
so, i've made this week "
Green Fingers" week!
this means,
i went to flower arrangement class everyday. :3
so allllll of my afternoons were spent learning how to make bouquets, funeral arrangements and what nots.
I KNOW right. Q___Q
like wtp, more than 6 hours a day packaging and ribboning and everything...
it's hard work. :S
anyway..
cool right?
that's the bunny my teacher and i made today.
i specially requested to learn one,
and since she hadnt made one before, we decided to experiment..
and walah! :D
i love bunnies.......... :)

so i've read all my books,
and even the ones i borrowed from the library this week. Q___Q
bored out of my mind,
so i started reading
Ouran High Host Club again,
and mannnn it's so good!
it's the only manga that can make me laugh out loud. seriously.
so im gonna start watching the anime as well.
just to pass the time. );i love Kaoru and Tamaki! :D

hummm.
so i've been promising a special post, and here it is!
actually it's not really a special post,
just something really special, which is..
TORIQ CAME TO SINGAPORE!not once, but
TWICE!both times 3 days,
first time for a family vacation,
second because he wanted to see me. :3
hummmm.
the first time was okay.
like, we just did the usual, watch a movie,
[
Sherlock Holmes. 5 STARS]
play a couple of arcade games,
[totally beat him in Time Crisis 4]
[had fun on the new Bishi Bishi Champ]
[and watched him sweat it out on JuBeat. LOL]
and had a good lunch.
but his parents wanted him back for dinner and we only had one day.
so it was Q___Q for me,
the additional Q__Q was that i was sick. :S
so.. not exactly glamorous or hygenic,
when a guy you like sees you sniffing, coughing and sneezing.
it's a wonder he held my hands at all.

when we said goodbye,
he was really sweet and all,
so i was stunned. :3
[btw this happened on the
27th of Dec 2009.]
the second time he came,
he was here from the
10th - 12th of Jan 2010.
his mum wouldnt pay for his ticket since it wasn't a family trip and all,
so he paid for his own ticket just to see me.
*touched*
we went out at night on the 10th,
and met at 10.30pm because i got lost finding my way to the hotel.
the Concierge of Ritz Carlton gave me the wrong directions at least twice. :S
but to her benefit and that it's a 5 star hotel,
she kept offering to send someone to pick me up and wanted to treat me to a drink for misleading me.
anyway, after that we were walking around trying to find food,
but all the stores were closed.. except for a Chinese non-halal one.
so toriq only got to drink, and i kept teasing him about it. :P
after that we walked to the Esplanade and sat down at the benches beside the river,
and just talked and talked.
it was really nice to just sit there,
and lay my head on his lap and look at the stars.
[only 5, pity.]
after that, i took a taxi home and got ready his present. :3
[a wine bottle of blue and white water babies. :D]
the next day we met in the morning,
and while waiting for him to get ready in his room,
i was playing
L4D2.
i was surprised at myself for not shrieking and stuff
when there were mobs, but im not a very good player. :S
hummm then we went to Marina Square
and bought tickets to
Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant[
3.5 STARS btw]
before heading to Subway for breakfast. :3
made him try the Subway cookies,
then we went to the arcade.
he beat me at Time Crisis 3 and Daytona. Q__Q
..and House of the Dead 4
..and Tekkan
...
OKAY HE BEAT ME AT EVERYTHING. Q__________Q
after that we went for the movie,
before heading to Buas Basah Complex to check out the guitar shops there.
and he was sooo adorable when he got all puppy eyed and carried away,
when he was talking to Burn at
Blackwood about Gibson Les Paul Customs.
and then we had McDonalds for lunch and he went all puppy eyed again.
..at the garlic chilli.
so cute right?
we had tonnes of that stuff.
[and had bad tummy aches after that. :D]
after that,
we walked back to City Hall,
then walked back to the hotel through City Link.
and we stopped by HMV and he bought me the debut
Orianthi CD!
YAY!! @_____________@

5 STARS for him for being nice to me.]
then we went back to the hotel because his mum had wanted to have dinner with him. ):
but when he got to the hotel room,
he found some birthday cake and ice cream on the table,
given by Ritz Carlton. O___O
i must say,
im very impressed with their initiative and attentiveness.
after that he said goodbye to me,
and i left.

I wish I had the chance to say goodbye.
Yeah, I still miss you. );
So hard to see through the tears I cry.
Yeah, I still need you. );..i hate goodbyes.

argh.
im unbelievably bored!
to think,
i would have loved a day of rest a few months ago.
now im just so bored at home.... ro or not.
well at least i wont be activity-less over the weekend.
that's a comfort.
so urm,
i learnt how to package hampers for patients, and for gifts.
so if anyone wants to buy a cheap hamper, or packaging,
you know whom to find. *wiggles eyebrows*
Lord knows, i need cash right now.
anyway,
some good books for anyone who needs a good read.
The Gift by
Cecelia Ahern.
`it has the christmas spirit feel, with an unexpected ending.
very recent book as well, so fans of Cecelia Ahern neednt be afraid you've read this before. :)
Paths of Glory by
Jeffrey Archer.
`my first book with this author. i gather it's a new book since it's under the 'New' list in Popular, and it's really interesting if you're into Old England and history. [like me. <3] im not done reading yet, but by far, im very satisfied with the book.
my final recommendation would be more of the author than titles by her.
SHERRILYN KENYONwhy? because so far i've found all of her books very captivating.
though the one that has left the most impression on me would be
Born of Night. it's the start of a new series, but apparently it's the first book she wrote. it gets sold out pretty fast in Popular, so you might wanna check other bookstores.
as for her other line of books, i would say Popular carries very VERY few of her books, [Lord knows why] and if you're trying to find one of her books in the library, they get snapped up so damned fast.
so the best solution?
BUY them from Borders or Times or ANYWHERE once you find them.
SHE'S A GENIUS.ahem. big fan i am, big fan.
so anyway,
since i have much time to spare,
let's talk about facebook applications. LOL

but for some reason im getting good catches most of the time.
must have been because i got slapped by the

as for
Country Story,
i decided to take the chance and forgo the Free Christmas background.
apparently, once you choose to take it out, it cant be taken back.
so choose wisely.
but im happy with my choice. [reverting to my old background]
since im into Old England [<3] and a little bit of history, i thought having a Victorian styled Country Story would be lovely. and it is.
...'cept i have no money now. time to earn back the cash! $____$
AH. i forgot i mentioned i wanted to write something in this post,
but since it's so long, i shall save it for the next one. :3

last but not least,
OMG I GOT THE PLATINUM EDITION OF TAYLOR SWIFT!!!
...AND MY ALBUM'S ONE OF THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE THE LIMITED EDITION POSTCARDS!
YAY!! *happy dancemeh, actually i dont know if the lady lied,
but she said it was limited edition so hopefully it really is.
